Effective Date
By booking or using our courts, facilities, equipment, or services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Customers must provide accurate booking and contact information. All venue charges, platform fees, merchant fees, and additional charges will be disclosed before payment.
Bookings cover only the facilities, activities, and time slots stated in the confirmation.
2. Platform and Merchant Fees
Platform fees and merchant fees are non refundable once payment has been successfully processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This policy applies to customer requested cancellations, approved refunds of venue charges, rescheduling, and missed bookings.
Platform fees cover the use of the booking platform. Merchant fees cover payment processing. Any eligible refund of venue charges will exclude these fees unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Duplicate or incorrectly collected charges are not covered by this non refund policy and will be corrected.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through our official contact channels.
Eligibility for a refund, booking credit, or rescheduling will follow the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking.
Late cancellations and missed bookings are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated in that policy or required by law.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and any applicable difference in venue rates.
Approved refunds will be processed within the period communicated upon approval. Payment providers may require additional processing time.
4. Arrival and Booking Time
Please arrive before your scheduled session.
Late arrival does not extend your booking or entitle you to a partial refund.
Setup, warm up, play, and clearing the area must take place within your booked time.
Extensions require staff approval, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
5. Facility Rules and Conduct
Courts and facilities must be used only for their designated sports or activities approved by management.
Participants must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear and use any required protective equipment.
All guests must follow posted rules, capacity limits, and staff instructions.
Harassment, abusive behavior, fighting, and participation while impaired are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are permitted only where expressly allowed.
Food and drinks may be consumed only in designated areas.
Commercial coaching, tournaments, events, and commercial filming require prior approval.
Management may stop activities or require guests to leave where reasonably necessary to address unsafe conduct or a serious breach of venue rules. Any refund will be assessed under these terms and applicable law.
6. Health and Safety
Sports involve risks, including falls, collisions, and injury. Participants should assess their fitness to participate and use equipment properly.
Participants must stop playing if they feel unwell or conditions appear unsafe.
Injuries, hazards, and damaged equipment must be reported to staff immediately.
Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Children must be supervised in accordance with the venue rules disclosed before booking.
7. Equipment and Property
Rented or borrowed equipment must be returned on time and in its original condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
Customers may be charged reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.
Guests are responsible for keeping their belongings secure and should report lost property to staff.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from venue negligence where applicable.
8. Weather and Venue Closures
Management may suspend or cancel bookings because of unsafe weather, emergencies, maintenance issues, or other circumstances that make the facility unavailable or unsafe.
If the venue cannot provide your booked session, we will offer rescheduling, booking credit, or a refund of the unused venue charge, subject to applicable law.
Platform fees and merchant fees remain subject to the non refund policy and its legal exceptions.
9. Personal Information
Customer information will be processed to manage reservations, payments, customer support, and venue operations in accordance with our privacy notice and applicable privacy laws.
10. Changes to These Terms
Updated terms will apply to future bookings. The terms accepted when a booking is made will apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
