Card & online payments: Returned to the method you paid with.
Cash & QR payments: &Pickle Talomo arranges your refund directly, or issues Kort credit.
Before payment is complete: No cancellation fee. Anything already paid is returned.

A full refund is everything you paid for the booking. The Platform Fee and any Merchant Fee paid on top are non-refundable.

If the Kort cancelsYou get back everything you paid for the booking, with no cancellation fee — whatever the times above say.
The terms are fixed when you bookThese are today’s terms. Whatever is in force on the day you book is what applies to that booking, even if &Pickle Talomo changes them afterwards.
